Instructions for Community Quota

 

  1. Application forms are distributed from school office.
  2. Only Syrian Catholic(Syro Malabar Catholic) students are eligible for Community Quota.
  3. Form without SW application number is not valid.
  4. Course preferences cannot be changed. 
  5. Applicants should opt the courses given in Community Quota in single window also.

 

 Community Quota applicants must submit the following documents.

  1. Filled in application form with the sign of parish priest.
  2. Copy of Single window application printout.
  3. SSLC mark list copy showing cast/community.
  4. Ration card copy.
  5. Aadhar card copy.
  6. Copies of certificates that claim bonus point like NCC/Scouts and Guides, SPC, JRC, club certificates etc.(Only if  Government permits to claim bonus points)

Applications for community quota admission can be obtained from the school office from 16/05/2026 onwards.
Filled applications must be submitted at the school office between 26/05/2026 and 05/06/2026.
